How to cancel Netflix (2026)

If you cancel mid-billing period you keep access until the period ends, and you are not charged again unless you restart.

Where did you subscribe?

On Netflix directly

Open the Netflix membership management page (sign in if prompted) and select "Cancel".
Under Cancel, select "Finish Cancellation".
Netflix emails a confirmation to your account's email address.

No cancel option visible? Check the Membership section of your Account page. It shows either a guided cancellation link or instructions to contact your payment partner.

Gift card or promotional balance: you can keep using Netflix for as many months as the remaining balance covers, then access ends.

Bundle: if you are switching to a package that includes Netflix, you do not need to cancel; link your existing account to the package.
